中國召開國際記者會，說會「捐贈」給義大利口罩、面罩等個人防護裝備，建立國際人道形象後，轉身就叫義大利「付錢」購買，不是免費！
而且叫義大利付錢要買的這批口罩面罩，是當時中國疫情爆發，義大利還沒有疫情時，義大利送給中國的。中國拿掉一些後，轉手回賣義大利。
真是「具有中國特色的人道捐贈」，既不人道，也不是捐贈。
